During A Robbery Attack Robbers Told Funke Akindele To Pull Her Clothes & Forced Her To Dance— Bimbo Thomas Reveals

According to Nollywood actress Bimbo Thomas, she and Funke Akindele, another actress, were assaulted by armed thieves in a hotel in Ebute Metta, Lagos, while filming a film.

The robbery occurred between midnight and 1 a. m. , according to Bimbo's interview on WithChude.

According to her, the thieves targeted Funke in particular when they entered the hotel.

The robbers broke into the room where she and Funke were staying, she claimed, and at first, she believed they would simply steal their possessions and leave.

After the robbers had completed their theft, they instructed Funke to undress and lead them to her vehicle, according to Bimbo.

Bimbo said that the robbers pulled Funke out of the room while she (Bimbo) was too frightened to move.

Eventually, she said, she tiptoed out of the room and went downstairs to see what was going on.

According to Bimbo, she overheard Funke singing and was perplexed by it. According to her, she peeked through the window and noticed the robbers had compelled Funke to dance and sing, which she was complying with. When the police arrived at the scene, according to her, the robbers eventually fled.

In Bimbo's words: They previously told her to take off her clothes, but now they say, "Take us to your car. "They then pulled her down. We were left shivering and unsure of what to do as they led her to the vehicle.

As a result, I tiptoed out of the space, looking around. As a result, I went downstairs and heard her singing, "I was born in the ghetto.

"I didn't know what was going on, why she was singing. As a result, I could peek through the window and see that they had asked her to dance and sing, which she was doing.
