Sani: They Are 3 Judges That Any Time Wike Case Goes To Them, He Must Win By Any Means Necessary

Umar Sani, a prominent figure within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has made strong remarks regarding the judiciary’s role in the party’s ongoing legal disputes.

Speaking during a recent interview on Arise News, Sani expressed deep concerns about what he described as a pattern of unfavorable judicial outcomes for his faction in cases connected to the internal crisis involving allies of former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike.

During the discussion, Sani alleged that certain members of the bench have repeatedly handled cases in ways his group perceives as biased.

He claimed that this pattern has created a sense of distrust and apprehension among members of his faction, who now question whether they can receive a fair hearing in specific courtrooms.

His comments reflect the level of frustration and suspicion that has emerged as the party’s leadership battle continues to play out through legal channels.

In his words, Sani stated, “They are some judges which we termed as judges of particular concern and they are three. In fact they are four but one has been suspended.”

He went further to allege a consistent outcome in cases linked to Wike’s camp, saying, “These three we mentioned are justices that any time Wike case goes to them, he must win by any means necessary, so we don't want them to handle our case.”
