Speaking during an interview on KaaTruths, Mama Pee argued that despite Obi's years in politics, no allegations of corruption or misconduct have been proven against him.
She maintained that if there were any evidence of wrongdoing, Obi's critics would have already brought it to public attention.
The activist specifically referred to Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo, stating that despite political disagreements with Obi, no evidence has emerged linking the former governor to land grabbing, misuse of public resources, or favoritism while in office.
According to her, the state's education system recorded significant improvements, earning recognition beyond Nigeria.
She noted that Obi's performance attracted international attention and led to invitations for him to share his governance experience.
On security, the activist claimed that Anambra experienced major improvements under Obi's administration.
She recalled reports that security agencies commended the state's efforts at the time, adding that incidents such as bank robberies were greatly reduced during Obi's years in office.
Mama Pee concluded that Obi's record in government, particularly in education, security, and accountability, continues to distinguish him from many politicians and remains one of the reasons his supporters believe he is qualified to lead Nigeria.
In her words, "I'm sure he would have searched everywhere, he can't bring any lands to say this man stole it, or this man took this or even this man allocated this to his best friend."
