You Promote Kidnapping By Paying Ransom; With Apps On My Phone I Can Know My Caller' Location—Falana

Femi Falana, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, has stated that paying ransom to kidnappers motivates them to carry out more abductions

In a video shared by TVC, Falana said he has certain apps on his phone that can enable him to know the location of people who call his phone

Falana also stated that drones and other technological tools can be used to determine the exact location of kidnappers. 

He added that Nigerian security agencies should partner with USA military and learn how to track and eliminate kidnappers in their hideouts.

In Falana's words: "How can criminals be asking you to pay ransom before you can secure the release of you loved ones. I have asked people in government and they have not given me answers, this is primitive. 

And the more you pay the more you promote the crime. They ask me, 'So what do you do?' And I said, 'By certain applications on my phone I can know where you are calling me from'"
