Utomi: I Was In Tears When I Watched Narration Of How He Couldn't Locate Venue Of His Primary-Momodu

Founder of Ovation Magazine and one of the chieftains of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Dele Momodu has taken to his official X account on Saturday, January 3, 2026 to speak about how Prof Pat Utomi couldn't locate the venue of his party's primary election.

He made the statement after an X user supported Pat Utomi's statement that Obidients will only support Peter Obi as a presidential candidate.

The X user wrote;

"If Momodu admits that sentiments rule the game, he must realize that Obi’s supporters are unlikely to abandon the Southern turn argument to support a Northern candidate just four years into a Southern term".

Reacting, Dele Momodu said Pat Utomi wanted to become the President of Nigeria but withdrew.

According to Dele Momodu on his official X account;

"Pat Utomi wanted to be President in 2011. He withdrew midstream. Next time, my brother decided to downgrade to the governor of Delta state. 

I was in tears when I watched his breathtaking narration of how he could not even locate the venue of his party's gubernatorial primary".
