Grace Onoja has narrated how her husband was brutally attacked and killed by their neighbour in Kebbi State, alleging that the assailant slit his neck, stabbed him in the stomach and cut his shoulder.
According to a recent video by Brekete Family on Thursday 5th February, 2026, Onoja said the family had recently relocated to Kebbi State after her husband convinced her that the cost of living was lower.
She explained that shortly after moving into their rented apartment, they began experiencing disturbances from a neighbouring tenant, whose wife allegedly performed rituals and made strange noises at night, making it difficult for them to sleep.
According to her, complaints were made to the caretaker, and the neighbour had already been issued a quit notice.
However, on the morning of September 2, around 6:30 a.m., her husband was brushing his teeth when the neighbour allegedly attacked him from behind with a knife.
She said the victim sustained severe injuries to his neck, stomach and shoulder and was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Kebbi, where he later died despite medical attention. The deceased was 39 years old and left behind three children.
Her Words:” My husband was brushing his teeth when the man came from behind and cut his neck with a knife. This is the picture of the incident. He also stabbed him in the stomach, and cut his shoulder too.”
