Recently, First Lady Was Calling For US Strikes In North, She Didn't Call For It In Southeast- Bello

Former Peoples Democratic Party, PDP governorship candidate in Kano state, Jafar Sani Bello has stated that recently, Remi Tinubu, the wife of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu visited the United State of America to call for airstrikes in the Northern part of Nigeria.

This statement was contained in a video that was posted on the official X handle of DAILY TRUST TV on Friday, February 13, 2026.

In the video that surfaced online, Jafar Sani Bello stated that the First Lady didn't call for airstrikes in the Southeast region. He said the region is also facing insecurity.

Here is what the former governorship candidate said;

"Recently, the First Lady was in America calling for more American strikes in the North. She didn't call for strikes in the Southeast where they are also suffering from IPOB and sit-at-home".
