In a recent video on Facebook, the Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to urgently address what he described as looming international issues that could create challenges for his administration.
Ayodele made the statement while speaking in a recent video message, where he warned that certain documents from the United States could allegedly be used against the Nigerian leader if immediate steps are not taken.
“Tinubu should step to it urgently. There’s a documentation that America want to use against him,” Ayodele said.
The cleric, however, did not provide details regarding the nature of the alleged documentation or how it could affect the president politically or diplomatically.
According to Ayodele, the president needs to pay close attention to international relations and sensitive matters capable of affecting Nigeria’s image abroad.
“I am seeing issues that can create distractions for the government if they are not handled carefully,” he stated.
Ayodele further advised Tinubu to strengthen diplomatic engagements and avoid actions that could expose the country to unnecessary external pressure.
“The government must be very careful with international matters because foreign powers are watching Nigeria closely,” he said.
The prophet also warned that political opponents could attempt to take advantage of any controversy linked to the alleged documentation.
“They will want to use it politically and create confusion around the presidency,” Ayodele stated.
According to him, the president should remain focused and proactive in addressing issues that may affect his administration’s credibility.
“Tinubu needs wisdom and quick action because some people are waiting for opportunities to attack his government,” he added.
Ayodele maintained that his comments were not meant to create fear but to alert the government to what he described as potential challenges ahead.
“I am saying this so that necessary steps can be taken before things escalate,” he said.
The cleric also urged Nigerians to pray for the country and its leadership, stressing that the nation needs stability amid economic and political difficulties.
“Nigeria needs peace, and the leaders must act carefully to avoid more tension,” Ayodele stated.
Over the years, Ayodele has gained public attention for making predictions about politics, elections and governance in Nigeria and other countries.
Some of his supporters believe many of his prophecies have come to pass, while critics continue to question the accuracy of several of his statements.
The presidency has not officially reacted to Ayodele’s latest comments.
Tinubu’s administration has continued to face scrutiny over economic reforms, insecurity and foreign policy decisions since assuming office.
Ayodele’s latest warning is expected to spark political debate, especially among supporters and critics of the current administration, as discussions continue over Nigeria’s international relations and domestic political climate.
