I Obtained Peter Obi's Certified True Copy From INEC, It Shows He Presented 4 Names–Abayomi Arabambi

Labour Party National Vice Chairman (South-West), Dr. Abayomi Arabambi, has claimed that he obtained a Certified True Copy (CTC) of documents submitted by former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Arabambi made the assertion during an interview on News Central TV while discussing Peter Obi, the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), and political developments ahead of the 2027 general election.

According to the Labour Party chieftain, the documents he obtained contain information that, in his view, raises questions about the names used by the former presidential candidate in official records.

He stated that the Certified True Copy was obtained from INEC and argued that the contents of the documents warrant further public clarification from Peter Obi.

Arabambi maintained that the issue should be openly addressed, saying it concerns official records that are already in the public domain through the electoral process.

Speaking during the interview, Arabambi said, "I obtained Peter Obi's Certified True Copy from INEC, and it shows he presented four different versions of his name."

He added that the matter should be clarified by Peter Obi personally, insisting that public office holders should be prepared to respond to questions concerning documents submitted to government institutions.

The Labour Party official made the comments while responding to Peter Obi's allegations that there were efforts to prevent him from participating in the 2027 presidential election.
