Anybody Who Looks At Logo Of NDC Which Is Fingers And Broom Of APC Knows They're Different-Kwankwaso

Former Kano State Governor and Vice Presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has rejected claims that his party's logo resembles that of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Kwankwaso made the remarks following a ruling by the Federal High Court in Lokoja, which ordered the deregistration of the Nigeria Democratic Congress.

Speaking in a video that has circulated online, the former governor argued that there is a clear distinction between the two party symbols. 

According to him, the NDC's emblem features fingers, while the APC is represented by a broom, making any comparison between the two misleading.

He expressed disappointment over the court's decision, insisting that the logos are visibly different.

Kwankwaso said:

"INEC, in its own wisdom, claimed that our party's logo is similar to that of the APC. However, anyone who looks at the two symbols can clearly see the difference. Our logo is made up of fingers, while the APC's symbol is a broom. They are completely different."

The comments were made in a video shared online, where he addressed the controversy surrounding the party's deregistration and defended the uniqueness of the NDC's official logo.
