He recalled that he had previously maintained that Senator Godswill Akpabio would not emerge as the next Senate President, insisting that political events would unfold differently from what many anticipate.
Expanding on this, Ayodele projected a broader transformation that goes beyond a single office.
He suggested that the country should prepare for a complete overhaul in governance, noting that both the leadership of the Senate and the wider political structure are likely to change, ushering in new figures and a different direction for the nation.
The cleric also stressed that these developments are not just speculative but are already taking shape behind the scenes.
According to him, ongoing political alignments, negotiations, and strategic repositioning among key actors indicate that the groundwork for a new administration is already being laid.
While discussing which political platform might benefit from this shift, Ayodele admitted uncertainty.
He mentioned several parties, including APC, PDP, ADC, NDC, and NRC, but emphasized that his focus is on the inevitability of change rather than the dominance of any particular party.
“I said Akpabio will not be next senate president. There will be a new senate president, a new government. There are formation of new government. Maybe it's APC or PDP or ADC or NDC or NRC. I don't know but I see everything new.”
