‘Peter Obi Does Not Have What It Takes To Become Nigeria's President,’ Segalink Explains Why He Opposes The Former Governor's 2027 Ambition

Segun Awosanya, popularly known as Segalink, has said he does not believe former Anambra State Governor and presidential candidate Peter Obi possesses the qualities needed to become Nigeria's president.

Speaking during an interview on Vanguard Politics Hub, the human rights activist discussed Nigeria's political landscape ahead of the 2027 general election and explained why he does not support Obi's presidential ambition.

According to Segalink, Obi's popularity has been driven largely by public frustration with the country's current challenges rather than what he considers a strong national leadership record.

He also alleged that Obi has benefited significantly from social media support and public dissatisfaction instead of building what he described as a broad and inclusive political movement.
